Time and Action Plan software
A Time and Action Plan that updates itself
Daita Labs builds the TNA for every order straight from the buyer PO, then keeps it live. It reads the updates your factories already send on WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets, ticks off each milestone against plan, and flags slippage while there is still time to re-plan.

The problem
Why the TNA is out of date by Tuesday
The plan lives in a spreadsheet
Every milestone, from fabric in-house to ex-factory, sits in an Excel sheet that someone has to update by hand, order by order.
Actuals arrive in chat
Factories report progress in WhatsApp groups, photos and calls, so the real status is always ahead of the sheet.
Slippage is found at the end
A late approval or a delayed dyeing lot only shows up when the ship date is already at risk.
Every stakeholder has a different version
The buyer, the buying office and the factory each keep their own copy of the TNA, and they rarely agree.
How it works
How Daita Labs keeps your TNA live
- 01
The TNA is built from the PO
Send in the buyer PO and Daita Labs creates the Time and Action Plan for that order automatically, milestone by milestone. No more building it by hand in Excel.
- 02
Updates land on the right milestone
We connect the WhatsApp groups and inboxes your factories already use. Messages, voice notes, photos and files, in English, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali or Urdu, are matched to the order and milestone they belong to.
- 03
Every milestone tracked against plan
Each TNA line shows planned against actual, from PO to ship date, without anyone re-typing a status.
- 04
Slippage flagged early
A slipping milestone is flagged the day it slips, so merchandisers can act before it becomes a missed ETD.

Questions
Time and Action Plan software, answered
What is a Time and Action Plan in garment manufacturing?
A Time and Action Plan (TNA, or T&A calendar) lists every milestone an order must hit on the way to its ship date, such as fabric and trims in-house, approvals, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and ex-factory, with a planned date for each. Merchandisers use it to see which orders are on track and which are at risk.
How is Daita Labs different from a TNA spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet has to be built by hand for every order and only knows what someone typed into it. Daita Labs creates the TNA automatically from the buyer PO, then reads the updates factories already send on WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets and keeps each milestone current on its own, so the plan reflects what is actually happening on the floor.
Do our factories have to change how they report?
No. Daita Labs reads the WhatsApp updates, cut plans and reports your factories already send. Line supervisors keep working the way they do today; Daita Labs does the structuring.
Can buyers and factories see the same TNA?
Yes, and you decide who sees what. Brands see their own POs across all suppliers; buying offices see the brands and factories they manage; factories see their own lines. Every update is timestamped and attributed.
Does it replace our ERP?
No. Daita Labs sits between the messy inputs (chat, email, spreadsheets) and your systems of record. It gives everyone one live production timeline and can push clean, confirmed data into your ERP so nothing is retyped.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within two weeks. We connect your existing groups and PO formats, onboard your merchandisers, and run the first orders alongside you.
