Built inside factories,
not an office tower.

Jérôme grew up in Germany and moved to London to study business and entrepreneurship at Hult, which is where he met Luis. He went on to Snapchat, and then spent time in Africa working on policy and development projects, all the while sketching out what would become DAITA.

Then he did something few people would: he moved to Tiruppur for 18 months and lived above a factory. He learned how line workers, merchandisers and account managers actually spend their days, and sat down with textile associations, chairmen and CEOs to hear what keeps them up at night.

Luis was also born in Germany and also ended up at Hult in London, studying business with a focus on finance, which is where the two met. After university he worked across consulting, private equity and venture capital, and finally at Enpal, leaving his career to build DAITA.

Then he joined Jérôme and also moved to Tiruppur, seeing what the industry really looks like: the pain points, the errors, the delays, and the hour-by-hour rhythm of manufacturing.
